Chris Uhl

Chris Uhl is a Senior Client Director at Apex IT, where he leads customer experience transformation programs for clients implementing Oracle CX and Salesforce. He advises clients across the full delivery lifecycle, guiding discovery, program design and change management while owning executive relationships and client satisfaction on complex initiatives. He is also deeply involved in Apex IT’s AI in Delivery program, which embeds practical AI into every aspect of how the company delivers.

Chris brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and contact center transformation, with deep expertise in migration strategy, contact center architecture and process improvement. His work has earned awards for results in automation, generative AI and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Chris can usually be found performing improv onstage, gaming with friends or building LEGO sets with his family, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail he’s known for at Apex IT.
