David Sheridan

Dave Sheridan is Vice President of Strategic Delivery and Global Operations Leader at Apex IT, overseeing the company’s Innovation Centers in India and Colombia. He brings more than 30 years of customer experience expertise, grounded in best practices for sales, service and marketing effectiveness. He has managed more than 250 large-scale CX deployments across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, and he takes real satisfaction in mentoring Apex IT’s next generation of leaders.

Before joining Apex IT, Dave led Hitachi Consulting’s Global Oracle Customer Experience Practice for 23 years. His industry experience spans high tech, the public sector, wholesale distribution, industrial manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from Le Moyne College.

When he isn’t leading global teams, Dave enjoys traveling the world, playing golf, cycling and spending time with his wife and one special dog, Spencer Prosciutto.
