Chris Rapp
Chris Rapp is CEO of Apex IT and has been with the company since its first year in 1997. He spent more than a decade leading business development before becoming CEO and sole owner in 2009, when he guided Apex IT through a full rebuild. He took the firm fully virtual and sharpened its focus on the Oracle market. In 2012 alone, Apex IT became the first consulting company to take a customer live on Oracle Fusion Sales, opened its Bangalore office and launched its Salesforce practice.
Chris has kept Apex IT moving with each shift in the market since. A major investment in ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM consulting made the company an end-to-end Oracle partner, and a new office in MedellĂn, Colombia, added nearshore delivery. Today he is steering the company’s investment in AI. Before Apex IT, Chris worked as a consultant with BSG and Exact Systems, and he studied at Arizona State University.
Chris serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and previously chaired the Outdoor Lab Foundation.

Over a career in manufacturing, financial services and enterprise technology, Jacob has sat in nearly every seat, from administrator and developer to systems architect and, ultimately, global Director of IT. That path gives him firsthand insight into how technology decisions play out at every level of an organization.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jacob on the road in his RV with his family and three doodles, experimenting in the kitchen or volunteering. He’s easy to spot by his signature handlebar mustache.
