Becky Hochhausen

Becky Hochhausen is a Human Resources leader at Apex IT, where she builds the infrastructure that keeps the company’s people operations running well. She refines and improves HR processes, evaluates tools and vendors, oversees policy and compliance, and builds and administers HR programs, all while supporting employees through clear, consistent employee relations practices.

Before Apex IT, Becky worked in HR consulting, advising clients across multiple industries on compliance, benefits, employee relations and organizational development. That experience still shapes the practical approach she brings to HR today.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with friends, family, her dog and her parrot.
