I have worked with Apex IT for the past 14 years on implementation projects. Throughout the many implementations the partnership that Apex IT has established and continues to maintain with us has been the key to each project’s success. Honestly, I’m kind of speechless on how great this turned out. The biggest difference between our old system and the new system is that 1,600 people are now logging into this tool, making the team more self-sufficient. The Apex IT team has gone above and beyond supporting us, with very good collaborative engagement. From my perspective one of the best I’ve seen.

Apex IT has tools and process available to not only do requirements, design, test and implement; but more importantly, lead through the organization change management challenges and how to enroll organization buy-in. As a result, we’ve had phenomenal buy-in, adoption and are on track for achieving business case.

Apex IT has been leveraged for multiple implementation engagements all with very aggressive delivery dates. They have been able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently within the same CX Cloud space and work as a close detailed partner with the on-staff IT department to meet the delivery expectations. We are continuing to invest with Apex not just on project specific work but also as a continued engagement managed service provider.

We had a great implementation experience with Apex IT! Being a public sector entity, our implementations can be difficult to navigate, and we have had trouble in the past. Working with Apex IT was a whole new ball game. We had some special requests which they accommodated to the fullest without hesitation. The Apex IT staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they really went the extra mile for us. By far the easiest (and most fun) implementation we’ve had. Most importantly, it was a huge success!

Delivering economic assistance to help more than 100,000 residents in record time was only possible because of technical solutions implemented by Apex IT. To help people faster receive critically needed aid, Apex IT designed a system to schedule appointments online, track appointment outcomes, and measure analytics such as total amount given, total number of people helped, and appointments conducted. This system was also less costly than the previous telephone-based system. Apex IT’s work helped double our pace of delivery!

Our partner has provided direction, supported our vision, and has advised our team on the path that positions us for the greatest successful outcome. We have asked our partner to adjust timeline and budget as resources change, and they have worked with us to accommodate our needs. We are grateful for the relationship that is been built and look forward to a long-term partnership.

As a project manager, Apex IT is a cut above other vendors I’ve worked with in a few key areas. 1) Organization – Communication from Apex IT is consistent, clear, and uniform. Implementation plans were laid out with thought to hours, resources, and timeline. Status and budget updates come regularly and follow a very easy to read template. 2) Knowledge – We worked with a team of people at Apex IT who all came from a higher education background. They spoke our business language and instead of delivering exactly what we asked for (in words we didn’t know how to use), delivered exactly what we needed. Apex IT knows how to hear issues and provide solutions to problems, not solutions to symptoms. 3) Partnership – Similar to my point above, Apex IT stands out as a true success partner. Instead of simply delivering what we asked for, Apex IT is fantastic about understanding real needs and delivering real solutions. They are fantastic mentors and truly partners in delivering true outcomes as opposed to proofs of concept.
